Wander More questions
Why should I upgrade to Wander More?
This is only way to get full access to our service, including unlimited trips. Before you say $24 a year is too much, just think if you had to buy a new piece of clothing on a trip, because you didn't pack something. Additionally, it's a great way to support our company.
How can I try Wander More for free?
A Wander Basic membership allows you to have 1 trip active that will have all the same notifications and information that come with a Wander More account. However, you will only have the ability to add a new trip once your previous one ends.
Can my friends and family use my plan?
Each membership account is associated with one email address. While you can add as many trips to your account as you like, all of the notification emails will go to your single email address.
How do I update the credit card on my Wander More membership?
The easiest way to update membership is to go to your settings page and then head to "Manage Subscription" link that will be available. This will give you options to update your credit card, see receipts, change, or cancel your membership.
How do I cancel my Wander More membership?
The easiest way to cancel your membership is to go to your settings page and then head to "Manage Subscription" link that will be available. This will give you options to update your credit card, see receipts, change, or cancel your membership.
Nice Day Score
What is the Nice Day Score?
The Nice Day Score is our best attempt to distill the weather forecast for the day down to a single 5-star rating to help you decide which day is "best". We do this using a combination of weather variables, ranking and scoring them based on how they would affect you most. While the system works quite well much of the time, there will still be strange scenarios (midnight high temperatures) that may skew the score while we work to refine it!
What is the Best Day or Best Trip Day?
The Best Day, as labeled on your dashboard or forecast, is a day either during the 10-day forecast period, or during the days of your trip, where the Nice Day Score is highest. This day may change as our forecast updates, so make sure to keep checking the forecast as your trip gets closer.
Can I see what makes up the Nice Day Score?
Unfortunately, the Nice Day Score is a proprietary alogritm and cannot be shared. However, we are looking into ways to better show what weather elements are both helping and hurting the score.
